Note: Digital-First Deliveries

Most MOLYO services (e.g., website code, app builds, cloud configurations) are delivered digitally (via email, secure file transfer, or cloud access)—no physical shipping applies to these offerings. This policy covers physical deliverables only (e.g., custom hardware, branded documentation, physical project materials).

1. Physical Delivery Eligibility

Physical items are only included with select services (e.g., on-premise server deployment, custom hardware bundles). This will be confirmed in your service agreement.

2. Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • Physical items are processed within 1–2 business days of service completion.
  • U.S. Domestic Shipping: Delivered via USPS/UPS Ground (3–7 business days). Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: Available to select regions (check eligibility at checkout) via UPS Worldwide (7–14 business days). Customs delays are not controlled by MOLYO.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and shipping speed—paid by the client.
  • Fees are non-refundable, even if physical items are returned.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be emailed once items ship (check spam folders if missing).
  • MOLYO is not liable for lost/stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. For missing packages, contact the carrier first, then our team with your order number.

5. International Shipping

  • International clients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. MOLYO does not cover these costs.

6. Returns of Physical Items

Physical items may be returned only if defective (see our Refund Policy for eligibility). Ship items to our return address (marked in the Refund Policy) with your order number—you cover return shipping costs.
